Track created almost entirely w/the K2 Kaossilator. An ode to small town speed traps. Free download.
Canon Rebel w/red filter. This is Compadre. A shy, sweet horse living on the outskirts of Hillsboro, OR. The photo is paired with the track “Compadre” to represent the beauty and intensity of the natural world. The recorded track and photo shoot were also an exercise to help me come to terms with horses, after a mildly traumatic incident with one as a teen.
06 Gold Dust Boneyard
Holga multi-exposure. The photo is paired with the song “Gold Dust Boneyard” to represent greed, injustice and eventually, revolution. The track features clips recorded in Seville, Spain during the March 2012 General Strike Day.
07 On the Beach
Holga photo, shot near Tulum, Mexico. A literal interpretation for the Neil Young cover, “On the Beach” (covered with permission).
The photo represents impermanence and is paired with the song “Saudade”, a memorial to my dog Mackie that left this world in 2011 after 12 years of companionship. “Saudade” is a Portugese term that has no direct English translation but means something like ‘a longing for something or someone that was once there’.
01 Easy On the Other
This photo was shot in the Joshua Tree National Park in the Spring of 2012. It is paired with the song “Easy on the Other” to represent both the beauty and difficulty of intimacy.

Shot in Yucca Valley, CA in the Spring of 2012 with a Holga camera. The image is paired with the song “Masquerade” and addresses the downsides of hedonism. Or over-indulgence. Or the genetics of addiction.
02 Small Blue Thing
Like “Masquerade”, this photo was also shot in Yucca Valley in the Spring of 2012. It is paired with the song “Small Blue Thing”, which contemplates, ‘What if this is all just an alien’s science experiment?’
